Yes, I noticed far fewer OZ redemption availability then before during my recent reward travel planning. Not sure if it's OZ or Aeroplan.

AC is definitely rationing the no. of redemption seats availability to Aeroplan, even for those of us who are prepared to pay the exorbitant fees.
