Spirits seem like quite an obvious omission. There are spirits in every self serve outport CX bar that I can think of.
I hope this isn’t a sign of haphazard management. Or a sign of where they thought they could cut costs/corners.
I’m not sure why the installation of a tended bar is a decision up to Sodexo. The sunk cost would be CXs and given this lounge has physically been ready for a few months I would think that CX already took that off the table. Unless they open a drinks cart on the deck since it looks like there’s some space there.
They could carve a small area at the end of the Terrace near the noodle bar for the bar...perhaps something like the noodle station kiosk they have in PVG. wondering if that would work.
