Our local news is reporting an announcement by Marriott to open a new Aloft hotel in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
The hotel will apparently be the first hotel in the world to be a "
WELL CertifiedTM hotel"
Scheduled to open in 2020.

Utrecht is really lacking in international hotel chain options. At the moment we only have an Ibis, a Park Plaza and two NH hotels. (An Inntel Hotel is scheduled to open later this year near CS)
