Looking back at a Canadian timetable from April 1991:

CP1 YYZ-NRT-HKG 1- - 4 - - - D10
CP1 YYZ-NRT - - - - - 6 - D10
CP2 HKG-NRT-HKG - - 3 - 5- - D10
CP2 NRT-YYZ - - - - - 6 - D10

CP3&4 was YYZ-YVR-NRT and back
CP5&6 was YVR-NRT and back
CP7&8 was YYZ-YVR-HKG-BKK or YYZ-YVR-TPE-HKG
CP9&10 was YVR-NGO and back
CP15&16 was YYC-YEG-NRT and back
CP27&28 was YYZ-HNL and back
CP33&34 was YVR-HNL and back

CP40 - 99 was FCO, MXP, CDG, MUC, FRA, LGW, MAN
CP100-107 was MEX, LIM, GIG, GRU, EZE and SCL
