I don't understand your snark. There are MANY tradeoffs and we are discussing them. We're trading off weight vs functionality vs convenience. Frankly, picking a portable work PC based on 1 vs. 2 USB ports is missing the forest for the trees.
Maybe we are arguing the same thing here. I don't know why you'd choose a laptop that's 2.7lbs (vs. say 3.0) if it means you'd need to carry around extra cables/adapters.
At some point you're sacrificing a lot for something that's 1/4" thinner and 5oz lighter.
