I go to board and they tell me that the flight is full but a crewmember plans to deadhead, so they're giving me a complimentary upgrade to Mint! Amazing, first OpUp I've ever had. I didn't even know it was possible on Jetblue. I guess being a single Mosaic traveler has it's perks

Congrats! I've never had this happen but I have seen it happen to another Mosaic. I had booked my Mint seat on points.
Also, the flight I was on was half empty on account of a troop of Boy Scouts who had confused 12:30am with 12:30pm. It may have been a sold out flight but definitely didn't leave full.
