I guess that is why the only direct flights between PHL and CVG (two rural fly specks on the map of the USA) are all CRJ 200s. But, at least PHL now has one mainline flight that replaces the CRJs that we used to have to fly to that podunk outpost JFK. Still only have CRJs to that third-world RDU airport though.
Yeah this eats at me: would love to have a 700 or 900 between CVG and PHL. It's not like it's Lincoln NE to Des Moines, IA. CVG and PHL are both pretty good sized cities with large business headquarters, etc. I find myself connecting from Dayton through Atlanta to go to PHL just to avoid the 200. Yes, I am pathetic.
