Yes, the one I had also had 3 types of meat. It was plated pretty much identically to the one pictured above, it's possible they have a "plus size" version that we both had but I just assumed the one pictured had some of the meat out of view (it's a weird angle, after all) or had already been partially eaten.
Definitely a ton of food. I didn't even finish mine. This was from SFO-ATL in 2017 (not my picture). Actually one of the few meals I will eat if offered on DL. Think it is tasty.
On one flight it was about twice the amount of meat slices as shown here.
