I had no issues at the SHeraton São Paulo WTC last week.

I stayed at YYZ Sheraton a few months ago which was paid by Air Canada. Was asked for $50 at desk, said/showed SPG Biz Amex and lounge access is included and no issues. Must be an education issue.
