Had the same problem at the Sheraton Toronto Airport last night. Front desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about, said I needed to pay $50 for access, had to go talk to the manager about it, finally reluctantly agreed, etc. Interestingly, this is the same hotel from the beginning of this thread nearly 2.5 years ago.
We’ll see what happens tomorrow night at the Sheraton Ontario (CA) Airport.
I had no issues at the SHeraton São Paulo WTC last week.
