really mainline has become Rouge, the 767 on Rouge is better in Y than a 787 or 777HD. Rouge proved to AC that customers don't care about seat pitch, so eliminate Rouge and just put Rouge y seating mainline. ( i guess the only extra expense is FA get paid more on mainline, vs Rouge????)
I would disagree. I think Rouge provided to AC that a small percentage of passengers care about pitch and seat comfort. For those passengers they offer them the option to pay more for Preferred seats. The larger percentage of economy passanger who don't care about seat pitch enough to pay more, they have regular economy.
