I can't beat that answer but to provide a bit more info to OP:
- more flexibility for changes & cancellations
- access to airport lounges
- food and alcohol in flight (I originally typed "free" in front of this, but deleted it given the cost of business class tickets...)
- more comfortable seats
- priority boarding
- no extra charges for seat selection, baggage, etc..
