This is known as London Winter Weather Update 3 and now includes longhaul from LHR, perhaps on the basis that more longhauls may be cancelled over the next few days and also recognising that just getting to LHR is starting to get a bit sticky. It also extends the impacted services to Sunday 4 March. If a Contact Centre pushes back on longhaul, best to gently find out if they are still looking at Update 2. Update 3 hasn't got to Trade yet, but it probably will do so overnight.
