UA's 767-200s, which used to see International service in the early to mid-90's but then became the mainstay of the UA Domestic Transcon operation in the late 90s and early 2000s, had single-seats in J with a generous side table, down at the back of the J cabin, next to the galley and lavatories, where it wasn't wide enough to fit two seats in side by side.

They were a bit like a 744 WTP "Throne", but much better.

I also seem to recall a period of 2-1-2 config in F on their 767s too.
