as the choice customer service has been rather unresponsive so far (besides the auto-reply "Thanks for getting in touch) maybe one of you can point me in the proper direction:
When trying to redeem points for gift cards, etc. I cannot seem to get to the point where I could actually pick the gift card on Choice's website but always get "Sorry, something went wrong, please go back an try again".
Any hints (except using the points for stays) would be apprciated.
