I also found the new straps to be long and flimsy. Instead, I took the red wire ones from last years E75K kit and attached to this years SE tags. It looks better (red on black) and more sturdy.

For determining number of SEs, the letter in the package had a number on it (possibly a sequence number). Mine ended in 5736. Any comparables?
