From what I have read on Japanese sites such as here (
https://zeninaru.com/super-flyers-familycard/), family card members are afforded the same benefits as the main SFC member including *A gold and lounge access. The difference from the main SFC member is that they don't receive bonus miles for card renewal and upgrade points based on previous year's ANA Group flights.
