Just got an update yesterday from Priority Pass that both Caper's locations at PDX now require an OUTBOUND boarding pass in order to receive food/beverage credit....very sad to me since my wife and I have made a habit of stopping at Caper's every time we arrive back at PDX....no more free grocery shopping on arrivals
