Onboard upgrade purchases are available indeed. There are a few rules that we must abide to.
Space available, meals available and customer must be on the upgradeable list.
On the ipad we have a list of people who can pretend to an onboard upgrade. At AF at present time we can only do miles upgrade, no money or cards upgrades yet. It will be available at a later stage tho.
Miles differ from 1 person to another depending on the fare paid.
Customers love the program right now.
Yet some do not understand why they are not on the list.
I know that some reasons for not being on the list is special meal on booking, already on an upgrade on present flight, insufficient miles.
