I'll miss my JCB card. The customer service was always quirky and distinctly Japanese. The website was a throwback to the early noughties and the paper application reminded me of applying for a mortgage in the 1980s.
I'll also miss visiting JCB Plazas in various cities around the world. Staff didn't necessarily speak English, but they were unfailingly polite, and often were able to supply city information and lists of discounts for JCB card users.
