The stay was great. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed, but it didn't end up being a problem for us. Most of the TA reviews I had read were around the holidays, so I imagine being understaffed was a bigger issue during the peak period.

The area has not gotten much snow this year, so the skiing wasn't fantastic. At least there were no lines for the lifts. I bet the bad conditions on the mountain plus the staff issues resulted in so many poor reviews.
