Reservation "In Progress"

If there is a master thread about website "updates" or glitches, I apologize...this is a new one this week.

Twice now. JW Cabo and JW Cancun, the day of arrival the reservation has switched to "in progress" before check in-and I am unable to view it anymore. I can see the preview-showing location and dates. But cannot open anything to confirm rates or room type. Today it was especially important because Cancun was having trouble with a travel package. They removed the certificate and took out 180k points. I had that reversed after 20 mins on the phone. I only saw this when an email came through about a deduction from my MR account.

Bizarre, annoying and not customer friendly. If I am doing something wrong, tell me. But, I have tried two browsers. There are no buttons to click. Just shows date, location and in progress.
