Starting today it takes about 15 minutes to load FT, any forum, any thread in Chrome. At the bottom it says "waiting for secure.adncx.com" and when I check task manager Chrome's using 50 to 60 percent of my CPU.
It is the same with the Firefox browser as well.
The only browser I can find that is not really affected is Microsoft Edge.
It seems to have started late last night as Safari on the iPad would only work very very slowly, if at all. I gave up in the end.
