There is no exact way to know until DOD and you have the tail #, but there is a 17.6470588% chance that you will have the Zodiac seats, if you're on a 37 J plane. That seat map shown is the Super Diamond seat map, the Zodiac seat map has little triangles in the seat boxes that show forward or aft facing. But, like I said, since the actual airframes are completely interchangeable, there is no way to know until you have the tail number.
