https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_...tep-guide.html, it should work if OP picked up his/her mobile BP before entering HKG. I personally feel uncomfortable. If OP misses the connection after confirming with the mobile BP, his/her flight coupon may be considered used. I am uncertain.
