What makes you sure you will get Aeroplan points?

Been there and done that and no points credited. I had done exactly as you described, booked online using Avion online booking for our two adult children, confirmed Flex fare class, added their Aeroplan numbers to the booking. Had done this numerous times over the past few years and until this year had always had the mileage credit to their Aeroplan numbers. Not this year.
