However, the application process left quite a bit to be desired. The first time I tried to apply, the website was not functioning properly, and it wouldn't let me create an account or submit the "contact us" form to tell them the website wasn't working. The second time I tried, a week later, the functionality was working again. It took about 25 minutes to fill out the forms,....received the visa as an email 5 days later.
