Because you applied online, and are presumably actually looking at your status on the TTP website, you can be quite sure that your application was actually received.
Calling is unlikely to speed up the review process, especially because you're within the general time frame for reviewing applications.
(Were you born/did you live in another country? Your username seems to suggest India. Citizenships/residencies in a country other than the US or Canada can slow down the review process.)

If you can't reach any of them, you can call either your
local Nexus enrolment centre or your
local Global Entry enrollment center to try to ask for information. But individual CBSA/CBP officers are even less likely to provide you with useful information about your application pre-interview stage.
