Could it be an element blocker or some other extension on your browser (or even cookie policy) that could be causing the failed tracking of your purchases?

Maybe you can elaborate on the process you take to do that? How you go about shopping?

I use Chrome, no ad block extensions, I do have other extensions but non are related to blocking. Only one related to amazon which needs to be clicked to be activated is the camelizer....

Also, if you just first log into trublue then to amaozn then buy - that is a way I am aware of but not really into as I usually add items to my cart before finally placing order as sometimes I have an items who is an add on and need ot wait to reach the 25 for prime ship free.
