I don't know what to tell you. I haven't and still haven't ever had a transaction fail to post. I place multiple orders a week, and I keep track of every one, with a total, expected number of points, and an expected posting date 30 days from the shipping date.

Could it be an element blocker or some other extension on your browser (or even cookie policy) that could be causing the failed tracking of your purchases?
