The seats are not alternating reverse. They all face forward.

No divider at all between the two middle seats. You can open up the two little storage areas as a makeshift divider.

I had the window seat, so I can't comment on any movement. This plane does have the 10 row first class and the PE section as well.
I find the seats to be very comfortable, even in the full and upright position. Haha

Bathroom on the left side of the plane is huge, probably due to the changing station in there.
