I know some prefer other options, but I am a massive fan of hotel bars--in every city. Though we also did last time visit a couple bars around the corner from Las Alcobas in the Polanco and enjoyed those very much. We also checked out the W Living Room (which wasn't among our favorites, surprisingly).

I also did go with my buddy to a gay bar in the Zona Rosa at his behest against all my better judgment, and it was tragic. So I steadfastly plan to stick with my hotel bars for the most part!
