They shouldn't, because you are checking in then checking out for your Friday night, then checking in and checking out for your Saturday night. The 2 stays should be separate.
The Honors Terms and conditions are clear on this. A "stay" is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
