I had a few of these booked through Concur. I assume you copy/pasted the 001XXXXXXXXXX number into the Ticket Number field? If so - the field limits the input length to the exact no. of integers in a ticket number (10) so your last three digits got cut off and that's why it wasn't a valid ticket number. Try pasting in the ticket number without the "001" prefix.
in the past ive had mixed success getting these to post since they are special fares. officially i believe the rules are you dont get credit for tickets not purchased through AA. recently they all have been posting though when using the automated request tab, may get flagged and denied if you email the requests as in the past
