I'd definitely vote for the United Club. It's big, airy, rather new, and has the improved food offerings. Only thing that the Alaska Lounge has over the UC is a better selection of complimentary beer.

They're both rather conveniently located if you're using the inter-terminal connectors, the Alaska Lounge being right at the top of the escalator from the walkway to T5, and the United Club is right next to the walkway from T6.
