It seems like a very small section - maybe 7 cars? And they're all just slightly higher trim Chevys or Kias, from what I saw. Meanwhile, at BWI, I got a Ford Explorer once, and a Camaro another time.
If I recall correctly the entire first row at DCA is PC, with the upgrades in the middle, so it's larger than 7. That said the selection is almost always underwhelming in my experience.
