Avis DEN scammed me again on the fuel charge. Gave them a gas receipt, told them verbally, they noted 8/8 return tank, but the fuel charge stayed on. Later, they sheepishly apologized and corrected it. I wonder how much Avis steals from unsuspecting customers.
