I still consider myself to be a fan of this property over the course of three stays. The last one saw the infamous awful aircon issue. I stayed at the HHV, and the crowds were insane. For me though, this hotel's best feature is being a 2 minute walk (around the corner) from Chiba Ken.

The resort fee is utterly unwarranted.
