I have an appropriate level of chill, but it's still annoying. I agree that it's easy enough for this trip because there's only three airlines I'm looking at. It's a lot more work for other itineraries when I'm not looking for nonstop flights and there's many more options.

So maybe there isn't an answer? There isn't a flight search that allows you to filter out basic economy? I'm not tied to any one airline, so I'm usually open to any carrier.
