Panic?? But only because I found that emailing them was painful - and that was after I had a booking reference and all!! If you can call or webchat with them, do that. As far as I know all overnight passengers must have a room allocated to them. As you're travelling in the peak summer months I'm wondering if it's none of the Inner/no window/lower deck cabins left, but perhaps a higher grade one. You may need to speak to someone about it. Alternatively go to Hurtigruten.no and see if the same shows up (the pages are identical and you can always get google to translate!!), as I wonder if they reserve more overnight cabins for those booking in Norway?
