When will 2018 FHR 3rd/4th night free promotions be published?
I have been trying to get the latest on this from AmEx via Facebook, phone call and emails. After multiple attempts, I received this from them today after seeing all Special Offers pulled off the FHR landing page yesterday. I don't believe this has been shared with Card Members. Perhaps the end of FHR as we know/knew it.
"Due to technical limitations, many FHR hotels are unable to load a $0 rate and thus, will no longer be able to run FHR Complimentary Night offers starting in 2018. However, they will be encouraged to run Value-Added offers instead. Thank you."
