I think the JW is the best hotel for gold benefits. If you book a normal room, you should be upgraded to a executive room. For sure you will get a premium room.
The benefits are the breakfast at the restaurant (really huge), the lounge (breakfast good, some sandwich during the day, some pastries around 15.00, dinner buffet with 3-4 hot dishes). The dinner menù changes every days but it's the same every week with a "country theme": italian, american, japanese etc...
Then you have 2 pieces of laundry for free and everything you need from the amazing staff of the lounge.
The hotel beside is a little bit old and if you are not lucky you can get a really old room.
The pool should be open, but there is sun only few hours (11-14).
