Well, as I said I have nothing to compare it to - but I did think it was special! . I have friends who've done cruises and rave about the pools, bars, casinos and shows, but this isn't that sort of trip. I really liked how we pulled into port every few hours and saw fantastic scenery on the way. For me personally it was great not to have all those other types of distractions as it was a great way for me to unwind after a stressful year. I had some people say it's not a "real" cruise, as there was none of the dressing up that takes place on other boats, but given the small size of this boat, it was perfect for me. When I looked at the core components of food, comfort, service and scenery, I was well impressed ( and I have to admit, I can be very critical of service standards and the like!)

Love to hear your thoughts when you do it!
