It looks right to me. You qualified for both Platinum and Diamond for 2018 and get both Platinum and Diamond Choice Benefits for 2018 which you can pick until Jan 31, 2019. I think what is confusing you is that you qualified in 2017 but for the 2018 Medallion year which runs 2-1-18 thru 1-31-19. When you qualified in 2017 Delta gives you Platinum and Diamond for the balance of 2017 but you don't get choice benefits for the 2017 Medallion year; you just get the it for 2018.
