These Beautiful new aircraft were AA's chance to improve. Make a product worth paying for and not just AAutoupgrading into. They could've added flatbed J like FlyDubai (a DXB based LCC) on their maxes. We are talking about an airline that does research to introduce PDB's and has weird snack service on some 4 hours flights in domestic F. Lemme tell you something - about two weeks ago I flew MAA-CMB (45 mim flight) in UL (OW partner) in J, there was a three course hot meal service, PDB, full Bar with champagne and proactively offered refills Not to mention a FLATBED!!!!
