I would just try to get in via T2 (I have done both T3 and T2).
Things are semi negotiable over at SIN especially for a reasonable and logical request. Just explain to the guard and if necessary call the supervisor - said you paid for the hotel etc (even better if it was before CX moved to T4!).
Failing which you can try the other terminals.
