I just did this again today for my Mommy! No funny business like last time (although I recently did a partial MUA WL) but it took a whopping 25 minutes! CSR immediately knew what to do, called MPSC and they had to call central ticketing. She finally got approval and then something went screwy, took a few more minutes to fix. She cited the October software updates as the cause of the problem. I'm not surprised. Pretty soon UA will be tying one/both hands behind their backs!!!
