1. We're renting a car at the airport and driving to Banff. Husband wants to know if rental cars usually have ice scrapers. We both think not so he wants to stop at an auto parts store to pick one up before we head up to Banff/Lake Louise

2. One of the stores he's identified on our driving route is next door to a Costco. Does Costco in Canada ever/often stock discount lift passes?

Thanks! We arrive Jan 18 and have been watching the webcams - can't wait for the ice festival and snowing and general winter wonderland we don't get to experience very often these days ;-)
Question 1: There should be an ice scrapper/snow brush in the trunk or back of vehicle. I would double check before leaving the airport (the cars are parked just outside of the rental desks) but in the last year I've needed it twice and they've been there.

Question 2: I vaguely remember those coupon packages for skiing but I'm going to Costco in the next day or two and I'll check and if no one has responded by then I'll report back!
