Disparate questions but for the same trip, so...

1. We're renting a car at the airport and driving to Banff. Husband wants to know if rental cars usually have ice scrapers. We both think not so he wants to stop at an auto parts store to pick one up before we head up to Banff/Lake Louise

2. One of the stores he's identified on our driving route is next door to a Costco. Does Costco in Canada ever/often stock discount lift passes?
