I find it very difficult to find this information at Chase. Any pointers or links would be appreciated!
Best I remember there were two older pmUA branded cards that earned PQMs (stil do plus the pmCO PresPlus that earned and still does FPQMs)
One card, the Chase MP Plat, $140 annual fee, earns up to 5K PQMs at the of 1PQM per $1 spend on united.com plus a 5K PQM at $35K spend on the card.
The other, the Chase MP ???, $??? annual fee, earns up to 5K PQMs at the of 1PQM per $1 spend on united.com plus a 5K RDM at eather $25K or $35K spend on the card.

At $65 AF, you don't have the the card with the $35K spend PQM bonus, but may have the other. Note go to your chase account, select the card , look for the REWARDS section and select "see details", it will mention the united.com purchase benefit if the card has it
